Life as I Know It

Since this is my first post about my actual life, I figured I would just pick a few fun things that happened this month and do a little recap! Enjoy! :)



I got to travel to Chicago, Nashville, and Alabama with two of my best friends Mollie and Vanessa for our spring breaks this year! It was a blast. 

Nashville took about 15 hours to drive to from Minneapolis.  When we got there we explored downtown, checked out a few local coffee shops (The Frothy Monkey was my favorite!) and went to the famous Pancake Place (which I struggle to remember the name of haha). So fun! 

We road tripped another 3 hours to Alabama where the sweetest family let us stay at their BEAUTIFUL home for a few days and then their lake house! 

I'm a Social Work student at North Central University.  I'm quickly approaching the end of my junior year which is super exciting, but it also means that I am going to be working as an intern next semester. I applied at a few places and interviewed at two. I finally picked an agency called The Bridge for Youth! I am so excited for what the Lord has in store for me there! I'm praying for an awesome experience and to learn a lot!

If you know anything about my boyfriend, you know that he LOVES NEEDTOBREATHE, so for Christmas this year I got us tickets to see them at First Avenue! They were incredible! One of the best shows I've ever been to.
